- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Took out cover for my van & couldn’t sign in to the portal to send my no claims, driving licence etc. Tried ringing customer services for hours every day & couldn’t get through, had a letter a week later stating if they don’t receive the documents my policy will be cancelled. Still can’t sign in, no answer on customer services or complaints. While I’m still trying the wife got through on sales, they gave her an email address, this was the same as the one I was making a complaint on. Sent the complaint & a separate one for my documents with a request to notify me they’ve received them. 5 days later heard nothing. Concerned now my policy will be cancelled. Wish I read these reviews before, I should have payed the extra & stayed with P.O.by graham barnettJuly 15, 2017
